Yosemite support with EuCon

So there is no support for Yosemite yet?

Hey Park,

We don't have a release that officially supports Yosemite yet, but we'll get it out as soon as we can.

Thanks for your patience.

Thanks, Kyle,

I did notice some strange fader motions on 3.2 and Yosemite.

Standing by.

Correction-

3.2 and 10.9.5, and the new 11.3. Not upgraded to Yosemite yet.

Hi Park,
Do you know if there is any solution yet for EuCon 3.2.1 and Yosemite and PT 11.3?

Hi

As Kyle said they will be relasing a new version as soon as possible so when that happens it will be an announcement here on the Forum

Until then all we can do is wait or try installing 3.2.1 on Yosemite.

It works soso for us on MBP and Trashcan but we can still use our 4 units

Yosemite was released in October last year. Before that, there were numerous public beta builds available to you since June.

If you were on top of your game, you'd have official support for it ready within days of final release, or 1 or 2 weeks at the most.

Re: no EuCon for 10.10.1

Hey guys, any idea (Ballpark) as to when Yosemite support will be out?
I just bought the Artist mix & transport a couple of weeks ago & it was running great on my Mac Mini in Yosemite 10.10.1, then I just went out & grabbed a new iMac 5K yesterday & was all stoked to get it all hooked up & running, only to find out that it won't work on this computer... I tried initializing the drive & reinstalling the OS without doing any updates, but it still didn't fly, so I'm guessing maybe network protocol issue? I was able to update the firmware on the artist mix, but not on the Transport. It says in the EuControl settings that the Transport is claimed by "Available" Any idea what that's all about? Anyways, I know it's worth the wait, I was really loving the workflow, but if someone could give me some idea as to when it might be fixed, I'd very much appreciate it!
Peace - J.

There is no timeframe info and all we can do is wait.

No one here would have that info unless its an NDA involved and that speaks for itself

The announcement will arrive when the release is finished and that can be tomorrow, next week or 3 months ;)

Hang in there
It works on new Macs but you need to follow the instructions regarding network settings and how you connect to the network input.

3 months? Are you seriously a moderator on this forum saying with a smiley face that we are expected to be content with an answer of "when it's done" and be happy with that?

This is not an open-source little hobbyist project which we should be grateful to be supported at all. We have invested thousands. We can write letters to your executives, we can entertain the idea of a class-action lawsuit.
