WoW 4 HDX

Jumped to a new studio today
with HDNative (PCI)
HD Native-driver allows Core-Audio with Pro Tools Open. No compromise between the two.

HDX needs 3rd party Interface for Core with Pro Tools running

Drag. Needs resolve.

Hey T,
I have an HD|Native TB core and an Omni, running on a Touch Bar MacBookPro, and this isn't the case for me. What version of the HD|Native driver? Is this possibly only applicable to HD|Native PCIe?

BTW, I also have an OWC 14-port TB3 dock with a TosLink optical out. I ended up running the dock optical output to the Optical Input on the Omni and routing that to the monitors in the Omni's mixer. Works great.

Ah. That makes sense. Core Audio Driver was different in PT10. Then it was broken for quite a few versions of PT and OS then it was fixed at some point. I'm not sure which versions had multi-client functionality, but they definitely don't now.

+1 for multi-client functionality

As it turns out there were 2 HDN drivers and all was unstable!
A modern hd driver install into a system only hd native 10 (SSL desk)

After getting drivers all straight This nice feature no longer occurs but the machine in stable!
