"mini-freezes" in pro tools 12
 

While I play in any plug in after a few seconds, maximum one minute span, protools stops transmitting the audio signal to the speakers, it has like ‘mini-freezes’ of some sort. I verified the Cpu usage and even when it is at 30% it still encounters the same issue. Any solutions?

I already tired in quitting Pro Tools quicktime server, but it is not the solution

I have protools v. 12.3.1 on a mac Yosemite 10.10.5
an HD OMNI RACK

Intel core i7
32GB od DDR3 RAM
a geforce 960 2048 MB
An SSD drive of 400 GB
