10.2 mutes after bounce
 

I updated my HDX system to 10.2 and now after I bounce a file, outputs 1-2 become muted. If I change the output to "no output" and then back to "1-2", audio is no longer muted. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi there,

Does this happen every time with a particular session? If so, would you mind sending it in to ProTools_Transfer at avid dot com?

Do you have any mute automation on that output perchance?

I emailed you a session file. Since I emailed it I also discovered that to unmute I simply have to click on the master fader and voila, audio.

Can you double check that e-mail? It didn't arrive.

Also, you don't need to include audio, just the session file. If it was too big, that might be why it didn't make it.

It sounds like the issue is pretty repeatable?

I didn't have the underscore in the address. I resent it now. It is easily repeatable.
