Support Plan for Europe ?

Please, any european PT HD 9 user, who bought the Standard Support Plan could send me a link where I can get the Avid Standard Support Plan ?
Searching the Avid site brought me nothing.
Avid is offering it on there website, but the link „ buy now „ don’t work.
Searching with Google brought up just US sites for US customers only.
From DigiCS I got the answer " look at UK office ... „

from resellers like SMM and Thoman (Germany) not available.

... anybody could send me a link please ?

Thank you very much !!

I´ve already tried to buy SSP from Sweetwater; no chance! They´ll only sell it to costumers in the USA!!

SMM sells it; would take 7-10 days until u´ll receive your licence!

As usual we get shafted on the exchange rate....

Absolute music price is £453 == $718, you can't even justify that in terms of import duty when selling something as nebulous (for most people) as a support contract...

If you take the VAT off, the price is pretty much exactly the same in the UK as it is in the US. It's a few pence cheaper at today's exchange rate!

which is great if you are VAT registered, or are not on the flat rate scheme.......

Re: Support Plan for Europe ?

Why on earth do we have to jump through all these hoops to buy at $599. It is costing Avid extra effort and then they have to provide the tech support and sort out everyone who has problems getting their free update. Also they have to provide extra service for the next year that places strain on resources that could be better employed.

It would be so simple and fair to set the price at $599 in the Avid shop and let everyone buy online at the same price.

is this some sort of practical joke?
I WANTED to buy it from my reseller in Germany, he asked you (AVID) about it 2 weeks ago!
You never even bothered to reply, so my reseller contacted me, telling me "sorry, but AVID isn't only ignoring their customers, but their resellers as well, they don't even reply to our request, I suggest you buy it from Sweetwater or something"...
but I CAN'T!!!
so I decided to get that stupid supportplan to upgrade to HD10 (which will be the last money I sepnd on AVID!), but it's not even possible to get it anywhere!
your customer "success" is effin ridiculous!
