Initial "couple of hours in" report... seems to be more stable (especially with the Control app not dropping off every now and then). Feels great
...and great option additions IMO

Unfortunately, I still don't see any available Eucon Midi ports for MCU or HUI support (tried all network port avails in System Prefs too).

Hi Eddie,

I updated to the new EuControl 19.7.0 a few issues where fixed for my S3 but now there is a bigger issue with the flip function. When I flip my faders to Aux or Pan when I move the fader it changes the Volume of the specified track, so if I want to automate a send it doesn't work, it's overwriting the volume instead. It cannot be my setup cause I've been mixing all day, all week and everything was fine before the update.

I've noticed a few have mentioned this, so I thought I'd check it. And although not particularly helpful, this is not happening in my setup.

As of this moment, the current version of Pro Tools |Control (ipad) and the new updated Eucontrol, with the firmware pushed to an S3, are not compatible.

Adding the PT | Control in the Eucon app throws the message attached here

(( duc would not host the image, but it is a dialog that says "Pro Tools | Control cannot be added because it is not compatible with the installed version of EuControl…"

Both were downloaded & installed moments ago

They are here and elsewhere.

Can you post full version numbers of what is installed? Specifically the iPad (gear > about).

Should be 19.7.0.101 for Eucontrol and 19.7.0.95 for the iPad.

(and if you haven't tried, close the iPad app and make sure it disappears from available Eucon surfaces, and then reopen it and see if it pops back up)

A very big thanks for this fix:

• S3 faders could cause unexpected changes to values in Cubase (GWSW-11553)

Is there any update coming soon?
I'm not able to use my iPad since the last update, I downgraded EuControl on my Mac because of the automation issue with the S3 and the iPad app is not compatible anymore. I'm scared of updating because everytime that something gets fixed something else get screwed.
