Purchased but got an error

I just bought Pro Tools 12 using my paypal account, the account was charged and i got the receipt/invoice email from paypal. But instead of loading the download page for protools, i got an error screen that just told me to try entering my card details again. i’ve tried filing 2 cases and even facebook messaged Avid but nothing was done. wondering if anyone else had this issue?

Please reply to the email for one of the cases you started today with more info so that CS can look into this.
