Eleven Plugin
 

Hey, I've been a PT user since 2005. I bought Eleven in 2009 and I now have a subscription to PT. Am I understanding that I have to buy a license or subscription for Eleven now if want to use it? I paid $495 for it.

Eleven should be in your iLok still so just download the software and away you go.

Thank you, but I did that and it’s telling me I don’t have any license in my account or none have activations available. And “If you have an ilok USB device with a license on it, plug it in now.” I have my ilok installed and still get this.

No info here about any exact versions of anything you have... Operating System? Pro Tools etc.... you should be providing much more info.

You have a subscription to what exactly? Pro Tools Ultimate? Standard? First?

Install the latest iLok License manager compatible with your OS.

Then what exact licenses does it show on your iLok and in your iLok account.

Turns out this is a problem I’ve caused my self. I have that license on my first ilok that I have now lost since moving and I need to get that stuff transferred to my new Ilok. Thanks for the help but this was a dumb move on my part. Thanks again!!
