Support PT HD plan issues

Wow. My attempt to renew my plan was complicated by some billing address issues as I have two systems registered to Credits cards at diff addresses (biz & home). days later after receiving notification of issues & changing cards / addresses, still no love & my plan is marked as "on hold". I've since then consolidated all of my billing addresses and made two attempts at renewing my plan via CC and then payPal, but my plan is still marked "on hold" even though the renewal date os now Nov 16 2019. I can't phone for support as my system ID seems no longer qualified and I'll be fked if I have to pay another $100 to buy telephone support to speak to a live person to explain WTF is going on.

Can anyone offer any insight?

TIA.

Ed.

Sorry about the trouble. I see our rep responded to your case on 11/22 but didn't hear back from you after that. You can reply to the case notice email or call and select the activation/registration option (please reference the original case number). Thanks.

Thanks, Jeffro. Super swamped with work, and that must have slipped through the cracks.

Will follow up as advised.

Cheers!
