Pitching voice to end sentence

I've been looking for a video or instructions on how to pitch a voice down as though it is ending a sentence in a dialogue or conversation. Any tips on this would be helpful. Thanks!

I usually do this with Pitch N Time Pro or Izotope RX 7 Dialog Contour

melodyne would probably work for this with good control.
