Fader doesn\'t respond. Quicktime errors.
 

Hi folks,

Has anyone ever had a fader just do nothing when you move it?? I'm not talking about automation or anything, just a fader that doesn't do anything. i.e. you try to change the volume, but nothing happens. I have to reboot protools to make it go away. I've been a protools guy for a long time, and never experienced this before. It's really weird/annoying.

I'm also running reason in the background.

In another matter altogether, I'm having problems getting sessions with quicktime movies to open properly. I get "access violation" errors and am unable to open the sessions without using a stupid workaround that I discovered.
