Neyrinck V-Control advice

Hey all,
I'm having to do a bit of writing to picture while out on the road, and wondered if any V-Control users might be able to give a bit of advice?
I'm setting up the laptop to try and do what I usually do with a Mac Pro, and a big tv for video playback... And just trying to see if this is a goer..!

If I wanted to run the video window on the iPad to save on screen space on the Macbook Pro, is this even vaguely possible...? Doesn't need to be totally frame accurate as I'm just sketching out ideas, but would need to not drift more than a few frames either way.

Thanks

Jon

I haven't tried to run it w video. There is a slight little lag w any of the metering and other windows you pull up on it. I would guess your needs would be pushing it pretty close.

I've tried it with video and it's not for that. It's sluggish, unusable for any serious or half-serious production. A stellar controller app, but not for video monitor.

Ok... Thanks for the advice.

I'll come up with a plan-B...!
