Control 24 power supply. Missing Capacitors?

Hey guys,

I recently bought a broken Control 24. I wanted to check the capacitors and noticed that C13,C19 and C20 are missing (see pictures).

C20 is a 4.7 microfarad 50v capacitor, but can someone tell me the the kind of the other two? Or is my PSU an other model or something else?

Thanks guys for any insight to my dilemma!

ON my PS (Skynet s/n 06 0938499)

C20 = 4.7mf - 50V
C19 = 4.7mf - 50V
C13 = 10mf - 50V
