Password Reset Email Never Received
 
Made multiple attempts to reset password but reset email was never received. About an hour and half has passed since the first attempt. A few preemptive notes based on other threads on this subject:

- Checked general announcements, no mention of account issues
- Yes, I have checked spam, trash, and every other possible place in my email
- My account might be locked, but I have received no indication that it is.

Any helpful reply appreciated. Thanks!

Been over 24 hours and no reset email has been received. Anyone else currently experiencing this issue?

Just tried and got it within a few seconds. A few have ended up in my trash folder though but its always been there atlest. I would really check if your community email is the same as yhe email you're using. Check twice and make sure.

Thanks. Unfortunately the email I am using here is definitely the same email as the one my AVID account is associated with (I have multiple past emails from AVID customer service in the same mailbox, including old forgot password links) unless my account was hacked or something.

I am not sure the appropriate AVID number or customer service point of contact to report this specific issue to...

Welcome to the community.

There's no my.avid.com account that uses your community email address. I did find an account under a different email (the street addresses match) so please try your other email address to sign in.
