Pro Tools First Install Issue
 

Hi Folks

Very new To Pro-Tools. Trying to install "PT First" on my HP Laptop with Win 10.

The Install is attempting to Install:
Avid Cloud Client & Avid Application Manager

And it just keeps spinning and spinning

It also did that this morning for 45 mins with another Pre-install which I gave up on and cancelled.

What am I missing???




I'm just looking to install some sort of recording software that I can use with an X-Air18R Digital mixer for church Sermons/Messages.

OK, have gotten "Further"

But still not all in just yet.....

Granted, I'm kinda bumbling through it but Painful!

Have you looked in the Pro Tools First section of the forum? You'll most likely find the answer there.
