Aspera Acquires DigiDelivery (You\'re in good hands...)
 

Dear DigiDelivery Customer,
As you may have already heard, Avid Technology (Digidesign’s parent company) announced on September 7 that it has reached an agreement for Aspera, Inc. to acquire DigiDelivery®. Effective immediately, Aspera will assume all ongoing DigiDelivery development, manufacturing, sales, and support. Digidesign and Avid will continue to distribute DigiDelivery worldwide as before.

Please be assured that during this transition, you should not experience any changes or interruptions with your DigiDelivery activities.

Aspera is widely recognized as a leader in the development of high-speed file transfer technology that’s already in use by many of our customers in the media industries, as well as by companies in many other markets. If you need any technical assistance with DigiDelivery, starting September 21 Aspera will now be your direct contact. If you’re currently under a DigiDelivery support contract with Digidesign, Aspera will honor it.
