adding plug-in//distortion plug-in??

I am looking for a distortion plug-in.

I found one that may have distortion on it but it is not showing up in the audio suite. I downloaded it from presoniq. It is called "North Pole".

Pro Tools M Powered 7.3.1
Firewire 1814
Mac OSX 10.5.8

I could be mistaken, but neither of these have AudioSuite components. They're real-time only, meaning you're only going to find them available on the insert tab of a track.
