Mpowered 7.4.2 cs4 Link Broken

I need to get the last release of this for Mac...but this link won't work for me on several systems and browsers I've tried:

I'm in similar situation for tdm hd 6,9,1
and do not understand why avid are doing

i.m.h.o. for sure not a serious thing !
(and for sure I will not pay for that already paid )
