Help please
 

On the advise of two friends in the music business I downloaded Pro Tools First.
The download was complete but files disappeared when I tried to extract zipped files.
I eventually found the files in on my c-drive but was unable to extract anything or even open any of them.
My problem now is that I am not able to download this program again because Avid thinks I already have it.
I've sent emails and waited twice on tech support on the phone with no result.
Since I never got my files I have no I.D numbers or anything else for reference.

Anybody?

Welcome to the community.

After redeeming a code, the product should be available in my.avid.com/products. You can sign in, click on the product name, then Show the downloads available to find the Pro Tools First installer.
