Renewal Frustration!!
Last Friday I renewed my account for another year and added the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle Annual Subscription. I get an email receipt and nothing gets added to my account. So I contact support. I get the reply that "These are not in your account". Yes I know that is why I am contacting you. No reply nothing!!:mad:A
Yet I get an email from Avid everyday saying my plan has expired.:mad::mad: |
