Never received ASC; want a refund. [SOLVED]
Hello, I've been interested in a Pro Tools subscription but have been experiencing some issues. I purchased an ASC to get help and received an email with no information about the code. I checked online and it says I don't even have an ASC. I can't even get ahold of a rep on the phone because I need a code. This is ridiculous and I want a refund. I no longer plan on using Avid products and want to know how can I go about getting a refund.

This is exactly the situation I've found myself in. I purchased an ASC to pursue support with my active Pro Tools license. No ASC was delivered. I tried to reach a support agent over the phone but I was informed none were available. I asked if someone could call me back and was assured I would get a call back that day to follow up with me. I'm still waiting several days later.
My support ticket has been 'In Queue' for well over a week. I have tried reaching a team member through the so-called Live Chat feature at shop.avid.com as directed by a phone agent. Through numerous attempts no live agent has ever been available during the posted business hours. No one has returned my messages left through this system. I have submitted a refund request through the link shared above. Totally abysmal customer service. |
