diferences (Softwae) betwen PT MP(LE) and PT HD

I'd like to know diferences software betwen Pro Tools M-Powered-(LT) and Pro Tools HD
I know very well Pro Tools HD sistem 192 IO - HD 1,2,3 etc)
If it exist a list with this subject I very apreciate.

O.K., I'll be nice ....

HD can give more tracks, depending on how many cards you buy; HD will give more plug-ins and more features; HD will record at 192KHz if you want; HD will cost lots of $$$$$$$$

LE and MP will give the same number of tracks, but LE can upgrade further than MP.
