Unable to view edit/mix groups with custom faders
 

The title says it all. I am working on a D-Command and trying to pull up a edit/mix group on my custom faders.

So, I select "Groups" on the D-Command.

It presents me with Custom 1.

I press Bank/Cycle though with no change.

I scroll though the pages on the soft key section and can see Custom 1-8, but no mix groups.

I am sure this is user error, as I cannot get this mode to work in both of the rooms at my facility. Anyone want to steer my in the right direction?

Press and hold the "Groups" switch until it flashes.

8 years later and struggling on how to do this again, i searched for how to do this and found my original question.... :rolleyes:
