Lost serial number Pro Tools 11
 

Hi,
Sorry for my bad english...

3 years ago i bought Pro Tools 11 and installed it on my imac.
But today I have a new PC and it's impossible to install PT because I lost the box with the serial and installation DVD.

When I log to my avid acount i can't find my serial number and it looks like i never resgistered my product. But i'm sure I did because when i go to my products I can see " Pro Tools Upgrade And Support Plan" but not PT11

So I can't download PT for windows...

I still have my Ilok.

So I don't know how to do :confused:

Hi !

As far as i remember PT 11 activation is with ilok not with a serial number . Where did you buy that ?

Protools 11 has definitly no serial number... It used a ILok licence system...


If i am not wrong... Avid started to use ILok since Protools 9...


Ok as you said: you have still your Ilok with the licence on it? (you can see this through Ilok licence Manager)...
But you have no possibility to download PT11 for windows... In this case you have to start a support case... Prove them, that you have a PT Licence, but your download is missing....
