Unable to create project
 

Hi All

I've just installed Pro Tools and finally got it running but I am unable to create a project.

The application says I have 0/0 projects.

If I click "Create" a message says "The maximum number of projects has been reached for this account. Existing projects can be deleted from the Open tab in the Dashboard".

Can anyone help please?

OK, I signed into the AVID website, ran Pro Tools and now I have 3 available projects.

I've just purchased Pro Tools First which came which some hardware & I'm having the same problem. I'm curious if you did anything else other than log in to Avid, because I've tried this & everything else & I still get the same "Maximum number of projects reached" message!
