My first purchase - no download!
 

I have hit the problem many new users have had in the past. But as far as I can check there is no satisfactory answers on the forum. The fixes that are noted seem to be private 'favours'. Surely the fundamental principle
of any business is to ensure the goods are delivered for money received?
I find it intensely irritating to have to go to this trouble to make a simple purchase!
