Pro Tools First 12.8.2.105 crashes on startup
 

Hello!

I´ve recently installed pro tools first on my computer and when I try to start it
it crashes while loading plugins.

There is no error message except a message telling me I will get an email if the error is fixed.

Does anyone know how I could fix this?

Is this Mac or PC?

Is your computer compatible?

Do you have an audio interface and the drivers installed?

Hello! Thx for taking the time.

This is a PC with windows 10 pro N.
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 CPU 3.6GHz

Should be compatible unless I´m missing something.

I have an M-Audio fast track audio interface with the latest driver from the following link installed.

I have the exact same problem, pro tools froze and I cannot open my projects since.

I need to fix this for school as soon as possible please help me out!
