Cant open PT 2018.1

Download links appeared on my account. I downloaded, installed without problem. Lauched PT and seen the warning: You are trying to run newer vision of PT than allowed by your license....
Im currently on 12.8.3 HD and my plan is valid until July 2018. Please look at the pictures below!
Help please!

What exact license asset do you have on your iLok? I think it was 12.6 that needed a new license asset.

Yes, 12.6 and up requires an update of your licence assets on your iLok. This can be found by logging into your iLok account.

He used 12.8.3 before. So i think, he has the updated licence, cause this is needed to run 12.8.3

It could be the release date of the license on the iLok. In ILM, go to the iLok in question, click on the Pro Tools Perpetual license and click Show Details. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Show Details window and look at the Release Limit field. I am not sure what the best way to rectify this is, but I think Avid needs to send an updated license to your iLok account.

If the Release Limit date on your license is not correct (doesn't match your Upgrade Plan) we can fix that without replacing the license. Will start a support case to get your info.

2 HD license bundles in your account - both are perpetual (won't expire) but one is on an expired Upgrade Plan so can only run up through 12.7.1. Sent you more details via support case so please check your email and reply to that as needed. Thanks.
