Presonus Studio 192 Rack
 

Just got this in today and am noticing some transient popping sounds from the unit. I am also seeing the channel 2 m meter light up occasionally at the same time.


I've done some general troubleshooting including muting that channel in the universal control software that comes with it.


is this a usb 3 issue


I'm running 10.14.6 on PT 2019.6

Make sure you are using the most recent version of Universal Control and that the firmware on your unit has been updated to the latest.

Also check your sample rate and buffer size. You can try increasing the buffer to see if it helps.
