Cancelling subscription
 
I am having an issue with Protools 2019. I bought it yesterday but cannot activate it. So I am closing off my subscription and deleting the software. I have already turned off auto renew.

Deleting Avid accounts
 
I am requesting to have my Avid Account deleted. I am having too many issues with the activation and registration processes. I am no longer interested. My email address is abre1_1@hotmail.com

Have you already tried contacting the licensing team? What issues were you having upon activation?

That is not the case. I did not get an activation code. I crossgraded from a perpetual license which expired in 2016 to a yearly subscription paid monthly. It is showing as active. But i cannot activate the software.

2019 Activation process
 
Can anyone tell me how to go about activating Protools 2019? I did a cross grade but I cannot activate the software. Where does the activation code come from and how are they deposited in your ilok?

Hi,
There is no activation code necessary, but there seems to be no license that had been generated on your iLok Account. The licensing team is already working on it through a support case (Case 03764224)
