Unless you find it for a steal, it's almost worth buying the Atmos suite for $299 which can encode LtRt.

Thanks for that info! I did not know the atmos suite can encode LtRt, but unfortunately it’s not compatible for my workstation because I’m on a PC. Avid really needs to address that. Thanks again for that info.
