Projects failing to upload to cloud *need help*
 

HI everyone

i recently started having trouble with a project in the cloud. I have a small session saved as a project in the cloud. Everything was working fine but now it will not upload anything to the cloud

I keep getting a "Failed:Copybundle" message when i open the session the computer is was created on

When i try to open it on a different computer and download it, it fails and say "Failed:Asset upload failed"

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the cloud client services, and i have resaved the session as a new project, on the original computer, its also fails to upload to the cloud

any help is much appreciated

Sine you get errors on more than one computer, this may be a problem on the cloud side. I would open a support ticket with Avid since they are the only ones that can see that side of the problem.
