Avid Pro Audio Community - Digi 002 MIDI Input isnt working

Hey, im running Windows 7, Pro Tools LE 8.0.3 cs2, Digi 002... with a MIDI Keyboard

everything was previously working when the computer was on Windows XP

My Midi Instrument tracks are not seeing any action on the All Input channels(level and sound wise). Under Setup> Midi > Input Devices, the the box for my Digi 002 Midi Input is checked(I can also see the light on my Digi 002 Console "Midi In" blinking as i play my Midi Keyboard and pads, so i know the Digi 002 is receiving a signal). I have checked in "services.msc" to make sure the MMERefresh is running, which it is. I have tried starting, stopping, and restarting the computer to see if it that would fix MMERefresh, No Luck. I finally tried opening up Komplete 6 "Pro 53" and played some sounds thru there from my Digi 002 ASIO drivers and i had luck with that, but non with Pro Tools... can anyone tell me what my problem maybe?

PS: I cant upgrade to 8.0.4 because i was having problems recording with that upgrade, so thats out the question
