Update from 12.8.0 to 12.8.1 (PTF)
 

Hello to all member of this forum, first post for me :-)

I have installed v12.8.0 of PTF some months ago and I have also installed the App Manage in its 17.10.0 version. I have a Perpetual license for PTF.
I'm on Mac Yosemite.

I see now that 12.8.1 was released, and on the PTF website (http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...s-First-12-8-1) it says to update from the App Manager, however I don't see any update available there. See attachment.

This morning I did use the updated for the AppManager itself and a plugin successfully, but PTF doesn't show up even after a reboot.

Is it normal and I should just download the whole package from the website, or is it a bug?

This was fixed by deleting the cache of the App Manager, from the settings tab.
