MDW EQ 2.2 RTAS bugs

So I started a trial of the MDW RTAS EQ. It nulls out with the TDM version so that's great, but there are a couple of bugs.

First, it doesn't report any delay to PT, but it has a latency of 27 samples at 44.1/48 (no delay as reported at 88.2/96).

Second, the input level and phase switch don't work at all at 88.2/96 -- I think they were working at 44.1 and 48, though, but now I'm not sure if I tested it or not.

I wonder if these bugs going to be fixed. I specifically wonder about the delay compensation issue, as George Massenburg said "In our opinion, this specific RTAS release was never intended for TDM owners" in that long thread about this plugin, so I wonder if it's ever going to be fixed to report delay properly since that's a HD-only feature...?

In theory there might be a MDW 3.0 coming out (at some unspecified future date?) that addresses these bugs in the RTAS version, but I'd like to have something RTAS now so I can use more instances in a mix. Considering the vague responses over 6 months ago in that thread, I'm not sure where I'd stand if I purchase 2.2 now (I'm a 2.0 TDM owner through MassivePack 6). I'd hate to buy 2.2 now if I'll have to buy 3.0 at full price if/when it comes out just to get working delay comp and other bug fixes....

Thoughts/info?

Cool, thanks, great news! How'd I miss that? I must have started my trial the day before it came out....

Is it 10.5 compat?

Well, I just bought the upgrade, installed and tested it. So far so good! It recalls all the old settings from 2.0 with no problem, and delay comp is now working at all rates.

The only issue I found so far is that the input gain and phase switch still don't work on the RTAS version at 88.2/96 kHz. Not a deal-breaker, although it'd be nice to have that fixed....

Anyway, this makes me really happy, and the upgrade price seems very reasonable to me.
