Software Manager not advertising 12.5 upgrade
 

Is this the right forum to put discussion on things like application manager ?

I'm currently running Protools 12.4.0.294 with an up to date application manager and active support subscription.

Application manager is not offering 12.5.x as an update is this because it's a different version and I have to manually upgrade ?

is application manager locked to a version and will only offer minor updates by design.....sort of defaults the object of this perpetual production and application manager setup.

This is 'normal' at this point as mentioned in the Tech Alerts for the last few PT releases. We should see AppMan get back on track with Pro Tools releases in the near future. Until then you can download the most recent installer included with your Upgrade Plan from my.avid.com/products.
