Moving clips vertically
Hi, is there a keyboard shortcut for moving clips vertically to another track ? Cheers

Re: Moving clips vertically
You can select the clip and then enter CNT-c to copy and then enter CNT-v (both Windows language, in Mac it differs) to paste on another track but you will still have to use your mouse. Don't think there's a faster way.

Re: Moving clips vertically
with Command Focus ON ..
1) hit X to cut the clip 2) hit P to move the selection UP or ; to move the selection down - contrained to where the clip was on original track 3) hit V to paste sorry not one key command .. but this works fine you can also change #2 - by choosing any track or location on any track, before moving to #3 cheers john |

Re: Moving clips vertically
Or just select the clip and ctl-drag it to another track to constrain it vertically
