PT 2020 Ultimate license, where is it?
 

I renewed my PT Ultimate on Dec 30 2019 for another year.
As a late adopter, I usually wait before I install a newer version.
I am prepared now to install the latest 2020 Ultimate version, but I don't see a license for a support plan 2020, only one for 2019. The perpetual ultimate license shows 2016.
Did anything go wrong, or am I missing something?

If you entered the renewal code, all should be set. If you do not see current installer download on your account, contact support and they will sort it out.

The downloads are in my account.

Before installing 2020.5, I want to make sure not to run into trouble.
Usually I see on my ilok a support plan for each year (the latest being 2019), but I don't see any?

Did Avid stop putting support plan licenses on ilok accounts?
I did receive one in 2019, none for 2020?

Check the details of your PT license bundle. It should say Release Limit: Versions released on or before date.
