Avid Pro Audio Community - Midi notes completely disappearing ... including all backups!

What I'm saying is that you need to have the specific minimum version or higher of Kontakt for compatibility, not that it's not compatible period.

There's info in the General Troubleshooting thread specifically about plug-ins and compatibility. It would be in your interest to read it.

Please use the Tech Support Utility to generate and post an installed plug-in version list if you want assistance with assuring that you only have compatible plug-ins installed. Be aware, though, that I may not be able to get to it right away.
