Best/safest way to clean dust film off TDM Accel cards
 

Hello,

Besides compressed air, how do you safely go about wiping a film of dust off TDM cards? I don't want to use anything that could get caught on sharp protruding objects or leave a residue.

I'd go with the canned air unless you have access to a board washer used to clean off the flux after soldering

I use a soft brush and a can of air

or you can wash the card with isopropyl 95%

dust will not cause any tech issues with a card unless
it has a something conductive in it, and they always run real hot
so dust won't affect it that way either

it's just a personal choice, although I always clean the real dusty
cards off prior to making repairs or upgrades
