CS3 Update Session Data Crash
 

Has anybody else experienced this?

When loading channels, etc from another session using Import > Session Data....Then pro tools will crash if you try to move any of the channels around or the plugins on them.

Never had the problem before but ever since adding the CS3 update, its started happening....

UPDATE - Now also getting constant crashing and when I do a 'force quit' the session closes but Pro Tools then wont quit and I have to reboot in order to start over again. Never had this problem with CS2.

Have you tried trashing preferences and database files, or any other troubleshooting suggestions from the General Troubleshooting thread yet?

Not yet because the problems occurred the instant I updated.

Why would updating screw these things (preferences, etc) up?

UPDATE - How often would you recommend to delete the digidesign databases folder, etc? I've just deleted it and Pro Tools seems to be loading much much faster. No idea if it will stop crashing as not in a full blown session till tomorrow now.
