Upgrading from PT11 to PT12 but need to install 12 license to ILOK
 

Just upgrade from Yosemite to Sierra. I had been on PT10 and PT11. But now that I'm on Sierra, I want to run PT12. PT12 is in my products and I can download it but how do I activate it on my ILOK?

No. Just 10 and 11. I was eligible for 12 but couldn't install it yet because of OS compatibility. I figured since 12 was included in my account downloads (i have a perpetual license) that I should be able to activate it.

Start a support ticket from your avid account and get support to help as this is a user forum (peer2peer) and none of us will be able to look into this for you.

Look in your products not yet downloaded and see if it is in there.

Also as PT12 is a legacy version now maybe the time has passed to register that but start a Asc ticket and let support sort that for you.
