Have i surrendered my PT 2019 (vanilla) license after Ultimate upgrade?

Hi there
I upgraded from PT vanilla to PT Ultimate earlier this year.
I was wondering - Did i thus surrender my previous license for non hd PT?

My friend is looking to buy Pro Tools and I was hoping i can sell my old PT 2019 non hd license to him.. but not sure if that is possible now

Of course. You upgraded, you didn’t buy a whole new license. Your friend will have to buy his own from AVID or a dealer or go the Pro Tools Free version route.
