fresh install

im installing ptle on a new pc. my question is whats is the latest version i can start from. the latest disk i have is the 7.0 disk. can i just start from there? im up to 7.3, do i have to install 7.1 first then 7.3...thanx for any help......

No. You can just start by installing 7.3. Both 7.3 and 7.4 are full installs.
