Falcon expired on a current Update Plan
 
Hi There, My Falcon on iLok was Expire on Dec 28. I have Pro Tools Subscription until Dec 2019. I don't know why this happen. So any help? Thanks

What is the exact date your subscription expires?

The account I located based on your community email only has Pro Tools First for a current PT product. Pro Tools First includes UVI Workstation, not Falcon. If you have a current Pro Tools Update Plan or Subscription and your Falcon license didn't renew please start a support case via my.avid.com > Access The Support Center > Equipment. oh, I´m registered here with different email, in studio I use our companys PT subscription. We have standard subscription and active upgrade plan. Falcon is shown and downloadable in "My products" in Avid account. But I can´t activate it in iLok licence manager, because it says in iLok that it is expired.

Ho Jeffro,
I am beside myself. .. I had Falcon working and had used it in a couple of audio post jobs at the end of last year...

Now, I am back at wrk and opened one of said jobs to find out that Falcon has expired?? WTF?

It say in my iLok account that it expired Christmas day.. Merry Christmas!!

It also says in the iLok details, that it was to refresh on the 23rd..... What is going on there at AVID??
