ALERT:Upcoming iLok Cloud Maintenance
 

This coming Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM PDT our Pro Tools licensing platform provider PACE will be performing mandatory maintenance of the datastore that supports iLokCloud. The maintenance is expected to take no more than 15 minutes. During that time, users will not be able to open or close cloud sessions and users with managed cloud sessions will not be able to activate or deactivate licenses to their cloud sessions. Licenses that are running from the cloud should continue to run without interruption. Please note that a similar update was done several months ago and we had open cloud sessions with running apps and did not experience any interruption. It is possible if a plugin or additional application makes frequent license checks that users could experience an interruption.
