Purchase History
 
Hello. I have a Protools 12 system on a 10 year old IMac that has crashed and died. Bought the new 27 inch IMac, and was going to load PT onto it but apparntly the new IMac OS requires an update to my Protools software. I may have done an update last year to help me, but I am unable to locate my purchase history on the avid website. Would someone mind pointing me in the right direction to find it?

Your Pro Tools | Software with 12-Month Upgrade and Support Plan is listed in my.avid.com/products - you just need to select your interface, enter the serial #, then click Submit to complete it.
