Ilok Stolen, Support Code seems to be invalid

Hey guys,
I bought my Pro tools Students Version last year in October. Unfortunally my Ilok was stolen some days ago. I tried to contact the Avid support to help me there but my Avid Support Code is displayed as "invalid". I thought there's a one-year-support icluded when buying pro tools. :confused: Please help me. I need PT for my current projects. :( i attached a pic of my account, that says i still have my support plan. |

Unfortunately, A support plan doesn't include lost/stolen ilok assistance. you need to purchase an Avid Support Code. But since you mentioned that your iLok got Stolen, you can contact our CS team (650-237-1700 option 3) and just provide a valid police report. Once they validated you police report, they will instantly provide you a complimentary support code for you to call our technical support department. Best Regards, YD |

i didnt reported that to the police, i mean how big is the chance that someone will find it?^^ So i will have to buy a code...
