Bought HEAT but didn't get a license
 

Hallo,
I bought a license for HEAT yesterday, but I can´t find the license in my Ilok manager, and I need it asap!!
What can I do? Please HELP!!

I bougth it from the Avid website, I have got the invoice and the money is taken from my account, and the license is added to my Avid account.
(Just as info text, no download)
What I understand should the license be added to my Ilok manager
so I can transfer it to my Ilok.

Open ilok manager and look at the top where it says AVAILABLE and you should see the license there. Right click and activate to your ilok key. Sync when done and make sure heat is active in PT. You need to activate both license first and then in PT as HEAT is already installed along with Pro Tools all versions except PTFirst.

I can´t find the license under AVAILABLE, it seems like Avid is not in sync with my iLok manager.

I have the same problem.
Bought from Avid site.
Got email saying go to your account.
Go to account.
Heat shows up in my products.
Click dropdown.
Nothing there.
It looks like this below.

Download Only. No serial number or key required.
User Notes:
!No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs.

Nothing shows up in ilok manager.
had to download trial to put heat on ilok.

Problem solved, Avid is looking in to what´s happend:-)
