Pro Tools Certified User Listing Issue
 

Hi there, not really sure if this is the correct place to ask about this but navigating the main Avid website truly is difficult (for no logical reason) and attempting to get into contact with anyone directly would appear impossible.

Basically, I recently passed the Pro Tools Certified User exam and, as such, I now get a listing on the Avid site (cue champagne popping). However, when I went to upload an image of myself, I accidentally clicked on the wrong one (a photo of myself in a sombrero, catastrophe) and there is no option to remove/replace the image chosen. I can click 'upload' and chose a different file, however this doesn't change the image shown in the resulting preview page. Does anyone have any information about this at all/can put me in touch with somebody who can remedy this?
